Dopo una richiesta di prelievo dal broker ho ricevuto questa mail, nella quale si dice che il prelievo è stato cancellato (e i soldi sono stati comunque tolti dal conto):
Così ho perso tutto.We see that your withdrawal was not processed due to erroneous pricing on the platform. Shortly after rollover today, a series of XXXXXX trades were executed on your account XXXXXX in which there was a material error in the price received on your orders - the price of execution being a substantial and unintentional improvement on the quoted price in the trading platform and the correct underlying price.
<NOME DEL BROKER> has since discovered these executions, and has voided the trades at the outset (removing all profit, commission charges). This has been actioned under the terms and conditions of the account:
